on-site to answer. Why pay an hourly wage for a two minute
question? Our Retainer service includes unlimited phone
calls and e-mails. Any issues that requires an on-site visit is charged the
reduced rate of $90.00 Why wait for problems? Be proactive with our contract
program. We monitor backup programs, anti-virus updates, and
those confusing Microsoft security updates. All programs
include unlimited phone calls and e-mails for those small

Additional hours at the reduced rate of $85.00 per
