Whalers' Cove Association
About
Whalers' Cove Association is a non-profit homeowners corporation located at 2-1135 through 2-1189 East Cliff Drive, Santa Cruz, CA 95062. The complex was built in 1973 which has 5 buildings surrounding a pool and garden area. The 28 units are located 2 blocks from Twin Lakes Beach and backs up to Schwann Lagoon. The Lagoon and surrounding property is a bird santuary owned by the state of California.
The Association is covered by its CC&Rs and By-Laws. Every homeowner is a 1/28th owner of the common area. The Association is run by a Board of five members in three year terms. The fiscal year is November - October.
Board meetings are held the first Saturday of every even month at 10:00 am in the Pool area.
Special meetings or changes in time or venue of bi-monthly meetings will be posted and owners notified.
